What You Need:
Pumpkin Pie Press. 
Pre-Made Pie Crust
Pumpkin Pie Filling
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture I mixed 2 tablespoons of each. I’m not counting this as an ingredient because I consider it a spice cabinet staple.

What You Do:
Roll the pie crust out on your counter top. Using the pie press Place it face down on the crust. Lift the press. Gently Place the cut outs inside the press fitting them to it. Add 2 Tablespoons of pie filling. Sprinkle with Cinnamon Sugar mixture. Next close the pie press tightly. Remove your packet. Make sure the edges are sealed.
Place pockets on baking sheet. Bake at 350° until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle the tips with cinnamon/sugar.
Serve warm!
